BUST – measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust. The tape should be level across your shoulder blades.
UNDER BUST – measure directly under your bust and parallel to the floor. This is usually where the band of your bra would sit.
WAIST – measure around the slimmest part of your natural waistline. This is in between your ribcage and navel and the tape should be sit comfortably loose.
HIPS – stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips over your bottom, keeping the tap parallel with floor.
